Finished the 2 papers I had due today, thank God...got a final on Thursday and Friday though. Oh well...think we're gonna hit up downtown (hit up downtown...hmm...=p) tomorrow and get a Father's Day gift for my dad...duh...remember that it's June 15th, everyone! ;) Otay then...I think that's about it for now...getting so antsy about summer...I want school to be over NOW...

I love my family!

Had a great BBQ today with the fam, even though it started raining a bit...no worries...we were almost done eating anyway. Today was a sit and chill day with the fam, which was great. I'm watching the History Channel right now...they're showing Russian history...pretty interesting...I'm a nerd like that..hey, Art History is my intended major, so yeah -- would make sense, huh? -- ;) Anyhoo, 3 day weekend is over, unfortunately, sooo...classes tomorrow and then going to Wild Ginger with my aunt and her friends tomorrow night, which should be fantabulous! =D Alright...have a great night everyone...*muah*

Goodness it's been awhile since I last posted...whoops...anyway, "quick" recap of the past events:
*Went to The Matrix Reloaded with Sean, Erin, Jared, Derek, Nate, Scott, and Paul I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MOVIE...you'd have to be retarded not to wanna see this! ;)
*Uh...don't remember much else...school, work, school, midterms, school, work...the usual.
*Yesterday went to work and ended up in the Village with Kairu and Lauren and we hung around, checked out the new Crate & Barrel there...then went to dinner at Atlas, watched Down with Love -- quite cute, extremely reminiscent of Pillow Talk, a great old movie...David Hyde-Pierce and Ewan McGregor are wonderful, too bad I don't like Renee Zellweger much...oh well -- then we went to 727 Pine, had dessert, and then drove them home.
*Today went to dim-sum with the family since my grandparents are back in town from Hong Kong...no SARS, thank God :p and then am going to dinner later with them and many other family members tonight...am supposed to go to Nell's play, The Dutchman as well, but I dunno if I can make it, unfortunately...:( sigh...family takes precedence in my book...soooooo, hopefully if I don't go tonight I can catch it in the next couple days before it closes. :p bleh...so yeah, that's the plan for now...
*2 papers due this week, and I need to go to the Burke Museum to see Out of the Silence: The Enduring Power of Totem Poles for my AH 205 class...I'm really excited about it, but I just don't know when I'll be able to go...sigh...gotta watch the kiddies right now, so yeah. That's about it for now...profs are beginning to pile the work on since we've got 2 weeks of classes left and then finals. Whoopdie-freakin-do...

Busy busy busy...kinda... ;)

Well, went to Said's lecture on Thursday with Jared...it was SOOOO good...Trent and Derek didn't make it though...oh well...next time, next time...

Hopefully I didn't completely bomb my AH midterm on Friday...I guess I'll find out tomorrow in section how I made out with that. Since my daddy was at the Mariner's game sitting in those fabulous Diamond Club seats we've been so fortunate to obtain...my mom, brother, sister, and I all went to I Love Sushi on Lake Union -- to which I have not been in FOREVER -- and ate massive amounts of raw fish. YUM! =D Then stopped by Jared's room and chilled...watched The Thomas Crown Affair, which is one of my FAVORITE movies! Ahh...you can't go wrong with beautiful art and beautiful people...like Pierce Brosnan...heehee...

Then went home and got like 4 hours of sleep before I woke up on Saturday morning to meet Julie, Sweetie, and Shawn at the apartment so we could go to Holland America Line's "State of the Business" address...that was entertaining as we watched some of the shipboard entertainment...err...entertain...us...at the beginning and end of the business stuff. Then had lunch (which was pretty good) and took a quick tour of the ship before we had to leave at 1pm so the crew could clean up after us before the next Alaska Cruise departed. Yay for the ms Amsterdam and yay for Jules who was kind enough to let me tag along! Good times...after the shipboard festivities, we went back to the girl's apt and hung out for awhile.

Yesterday I worked...whoopdie freakin' doo...then, it being Mother's Day, went to Ponti for dinner with my aunt, uncle, cousin, cousin, and cousin-in-law...heehee...good times and good food...YAY! ;)

Today didn't go to any of my classes cuz I slept the whole day away...whoops...=( And went to work where I proceeded to do a bit of gardening...something completely off radar that I wasn't expecting in the least, but it gave me something to do...;) Now I'm hanging out in Sean and Jared's room where Erin is trying to write a paper, so I'm gonna finish now. Blog blog blog blog blog...well, I haven't updated in awhile...whoops...anyhoo, here's a (quick?) rundown of what's been going on...

Midterms went ok, did pretty well so far, so hopefully I can kick some GPA ass this quarter! =P We'll see how well that goes, hehe...been hanging out with the regulars quite a bit, which is always good times. Uh...Sean's got really slow reaction times, as I discovered the other night and was reiterated today at lunch...hahaha...Jared still doesn't know if he got into SIS (major) yet, they boys (Sean, Jared, Josh, Jeremy, Trent, and Erik) didn't get into Steven's Court because HFS is retarded...

My housing situation for next year is prolly gonna be living at one of the Husky Properties apts...we'll see what happens with that...and I'll prolly keep working there, even though I said that I was gonna stop before...sigh...if I work there, I get free rent, and am basically going to be paid to live there (since I'm gonna be working there anyway). So hopefully that works out, cuz I haven't heard anything from Steven's anyway.

I've got another midterm on Friday...massive reading...=( Going to the Edward Said's lecture tomorrow night with Jared, and hopefully Trent and Derek will be able to come along! ;) Dunno what plans are for Friday, but we'll just see what happens...Saturday should be exciting though! Going with Julie, Sweetie, and Shawn to the Holland America luncheon/ship tour, which should be fun and exciting. Gonna be an all day event, since I have to get to the girl's apt by 8 or 8:30am...God, I haven't woken up that early in such a long time...EEK!!!!!!!! =P Should be worth it though! Then doing something on Sunday for Mother's Day...what it is, I have no idea. Prolly take my mommy out to lunch or something fun like that. ;) But if I take her, then I have to take all 20 other members of my family out...oh dear, I don't know if I have enough money to feed them! ;) eek! lol...anyway, those are the plans for now. I should get back to reading now...*BLEH* Have a good one...=)
